Kim Bell Hosea – President: Following in her father’s, grandfather’s, and great grandfather’s footsteps, Ms. Hosea is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in managing and conducting environmental investigations at industrial, commercial, and CAFO facilities across the United States, with specific expertise in Due Diligence Assessments (Phase I/II Investigations), RCRA corrective actions, hazardous waste handling, CAFO waste management and project planning, inclusive of cost estimating.

Kevin Draganchuk, P.E. – Senior Engineer – Carpenter Environmental Associates, President – CEA Engineers, PC: Mr. Draganchuk has been expressing his passion for preserving the environment and promoting responsible development with CEA for over 8 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey with expertise in stormwater management design and permitting, pollutant discharge and associated environmental impacts, sanitary sewer collections systems, site assessment and remediation, and analyzing the operations and performance of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP).

Ralph E. Huddleston, Jr.

Senior Environmental Scientist

Ralph E. Huddleston, Jr. – Senior Environmental Scientist: Mr. Huddleston is a biologist with over 35 years of experience conducting freshwater and tidal wetlands delineations, ecological investigation identifying wildlife and vegetation, including threated and endangered species surveys, and New York State Environmental Quality/Environmental Impact Statement (SEQR/EIS) reviews. Ralph regularly provides expert witness testimony in the environmental and biological sciences in local, state and federal courts.
